As a research network, the Arbeitskreis Provenienzforschung e.V. is committed to free, interconnected and transnational research that opposes racism, antisemitism, persecution, war and violence, as well as the looting, displacement and destruction of cultural property.
The condemnable terrorist attack by Hamas on October 7, 2023 leaves us stunned. Our thoughts are with our Israeli members, colleagues, cooperation partners, friends and their families. The suffering caused by the war for the Israeli and Palestinian civilian population is unbearable.
